SPSenvirowall are delighted to have supplied to a now completed residential care development project in North West London. Client ASRA Housing Group appointed main contractor Mulalley to design and build 99 high-quality self-contained flats for its new residential extra care development, their challenge – to tailor the design and increase the energy efficiency of the building.
The client also wanted to create a stepped appearance with a depth to the building.
These challenges were realised using the SPSenvirowall TS Rail system, comprising of 100mm and 200mm EPS to give a residual step between the blocks of elevation and allowing flexibility in the drainage cavity.
The façade of the building was then completed using the SPSenvirowall Granomin and NanoSil finish, a self-cleaning render ideal for a development so close to a busy main road.
