Located on St Peter’s Road, Bournemouth, Berry Court is a new build residential development recently completed by Morgan Sindall. The development replaces an underused car park with 113 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The System
SPSenvirowall specified 3,500m2 of its TS Rail system with 150mm EPS for its suitability for buildings over 18 meters. BBA certified and fire tested, the TS Rail system was ideal for this contemporary development and produced a u-value calculation of 0.16W/m2k.
Completed in May 2018, the development is sympathetic to the Art Deco Heritage of Bournemouth brought to life by the attractive curved feature of the building which was achieved by the hard work and skill of the contractor, working to curves using the
SPSenvirowall system and its EPS boards which are able to be rasped, achieving a flawless, even and curved elevation to this attractive building.
