construction cutting time, minimising wastage and improving environmental impact. We are able to cut, shape, drill, slot,
bevel, bull nose and finish to most specifications. Machining also enhances the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing
process, improving overall quality.
Bespoke Products, Direct to Site, Suited to Your Specifications
We are able to supply customers with bespoke sized building boards and façades to meet specific project requirements direct
to site. From a supplied panel list we can optimise required panels against standard sheet sizes available to provide the most efficient use of the material.

Cutting and Optimisation
Our precision cutting machinery includes two high speed automatic horizontal panel saws (CasadeiAxo300; SCM Sigma Impact 90) and a Streibigvertical panel saw. Using our Maestro Ottimosoftware, we ensure that material usage is optimized in the cutting process.
CNC machining
A fully integrated fabrication service allows customers to order both building and façades to exact size in order to reduce construction time, minimize wastage and improve environmental impact. Machining also enhances the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing process.
We operate two 3-axis moving gantry Anderson Stratos Pro CNC machining centresfor drilling, cutting and grooving composite and solid materials. The large tables (2,100mm x 3,700mm) allow us to accommodate large panel sizes.
Coating
Our state-of-the-art automated spray paint line allows us to apply our A-1 fire-rated coatings to Supertech Weatherboard.
Kitting
We recognize that offsite customers operate different processes and have specific batch requirements. We are able to supply fabricated products in pallets of identical products or ‘kits’ (e.g.per house of group of houses).
Extraction Facility
Effective on-site extraction of dust and other particulates from our fabrication facility, providing protection and a safe working environment for our employees.
