- How long have you been with Benx? 1 year and 9 months.
- What do you love most about your job? I love that each person can have opportunities to develop, I came to Benx for its culture and company values, since I have been here, I have seen people develop into their current roles and it is amazing to see that, I am also currently on my own development plan to become a regional sales manager as the company is passionate about internal development. I enjoy speaking to my customers and being their point of contact to help them out as best I can and providing that service that they enjoy coming back too.
- What does your role involve? Day to day I deal with sub-contractors, talk with quantity surveyors, main contractors and architects to try and secure our portfolio on projects happening all over the UK for not just 1 of our products, but to supply a full system including the façade.
- What is a surprising or a fun fact about you? My background is Pakistani, Polish & Russian, whenever I get asked what my heritage, people always find it fascinating for that mix to be together. My name also means Queen or Goddess which I used to tell everyone as a child haha.
- What is your go to takeaway? Chinese!
- Who is your favourite band/artist? Nate Dogg, Warren G, Skepta, Katy B, Chris Brown, Vybz Kartel, Lauryn Hill, I’m an old school R&B girl, 90’s, 2000’s.
- Do you have any pets? I have 2 dogs, Jet & her son Paddy, I love animals and would have them all if I could.
- What is your dream holiday? Barbados, Hawaii, Bali, Bora Bora, Thailand… you get the gist.
