- How long have you been with Benx? 4 years (ish).
- What do you love most about your job? I love the satisfaction of cracking a particularly difficult request, particularly when it provides a real benefit to the customer. In truth working in technical no two days are the same as we deal with enquiries for single homes to high rise buildings.
- What does your role involve? I manage the technical officers as well as answering technical tickets, creating thermal models and handling complex site.
- What is a surprising or a fun fact about you? I graduated with a degree in archaeology and a masters in Egyptology before starting my career in construction. Turns out no one is that impressed you can read and write in hieroglyphs!
- What is your go to takeaway? I would rather dine out than have a takeaway as there’re some fantastic restaurants out there but I have a soft spot for a good Chinese. I often try and recreate my favourite dishes at home and I make a surprisingly good lemon chicken.
- Who is your favourite band/artist? Shania Twain or dolly Parton, both incredible country icons.
- What is your dream holiday? I grew up visiting Cornwall every year without fail and it’s somewhere that brings back loads of memories.
