SPSenvirowall’s TS Rail with mineral wool and EnviroSil has been utilised for the Hawkins Lane high-quality rental housing development in Finzels Reach.
Take a walk down Hawkins Lane, located at Finzels Reach, the new waterfront development in Bristol and you will appreciate the new contemporary buildings which now tower on the former site of sugar refiners and brewers.
SPSenvirowall specified its external wall insulation systems to multiple mixed-use buildings which now sit at the heart of Finzels Reach, most recently, the 194-home build-to rent development which consists of a mix of studios and one and two bed apartments.
As you look up at the building, the striking white façade on the side of the development was designed and supplied utilising SPSenvirowall’s TS Rail system with 100-190mm mineral wool and highly water repellent silicone based through colour textured finish, EnviroSil.
The TS Rail System benefits from a high level of acoustic performance in through wall construction and provides excellent thermal efficiency as well as multiple façade options. What was once the heart of medieval Bristol, the Finzels Reach development is now home to landmark buildings and a benchmark for environmentally friendly buildings outside London which blends historic buildings with contemporary construction.
